Hi, I’m DARA.
I've been where you are —
I’ve lived this. I went from aerobics instructor in my 20’s, skinny but no muscle, poor eating habits, no sleep, thyroid problems, gut health issues, anxiety.
In my 40’s everything got worse, and no doctor could help me or give me clarity.
I realized something needed to change- I needed to change. I went back to school, after a Master’s and Doctorate in healthcare + exercise science- I spent thousands of dollars on Nutrition + health coaching courses, simply to fix my own health!
The current healthacre model was not serving me, so I created my own!
