About me:
As an active multi-sport 40+ athlete myself, I know first hand the struggles of how to fit it all in, stay active, eat healthy + keep my body strong with age. My coaching is based on years of treating elite athletes as well as my own experience as an athlete in multiple disciplines including: road, triathlon, mountain biking, skiing.
Along with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Master’s degree Exercise Science + certified Strength coach, I have numerous accredited certifications in Advanced sports Nutrition & health coaching. IIN Certified health coach, Clean Health Institute certified Body transformation coach for fat loss and physique goals.
