Monthly private coaching: I offer to select clients- after we meet & refine your goals I custom build out your workouts, cycling, strength, mobility. I will refine & guide you on meal prep, diet, nutrition in easy to follow steps. I keep you 100% accountable and on track via weekly check-ins so we can create the consistency that will keep you on track for long term success. physical therapy

physical therapy can be added to your custom concierge monthly plan. I have worked with elite athletes & sports medicine for over 20 years dealing with complex injuries, post-op surgical & high level athletes. Common injuries I treat: low back pain, shoulder, knee pain, sports related injuries.

 

health coaching

Along with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy I have several accredited certifications in sports nutrition & health,lifestyle coaching, body transformation/fat loss body recomposition for physique goals. I work with you on your fitness and health goals be it weight loss/body composition changes, stress management, muscle mass gains for sport or health. I consider this a “health coaching” vs. traditional nutrition coaching as we cover lifestyle & other factors that affect your weight & health not just a number on the scale. my specialty is body transformations to “lean up” and working with athletes on optimizing performance and lean muscle.

 

sports performance

My specialty is primarily in cycling (all disciplines), running/ultra running, & triathlon. I often help clients formulate a training plan that encompasses their in sport workouts(running, biking) by adding in specific strength training, prehab or PT, nutrition & manage their lifestyle coaching so everything is fluid & they can maximize their performance in sport as well as overall health.
